ConsultANZ is looking for a Project Manager to join a well-established main contractor based in Hamilton, Waikato. $130k - $160k + car (negotiable dependent on experience) Hamilton, Waikato Permanent Full-time Responsibilities Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Fostering effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Check works are completed as required by the specification. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies, etc. Preparation of proposals, budgets, and project reports, showcasing excellent organizational and leadership skills. Requirements Tertiary qualified and an all-rounder amongst commercial, programming contractual aspect. Must have at least 8-10+ years' experience in Civil Contracting background with water-related infrastructure projects. An in-depth appreciation of engineering techniques, construction processes, and their suitability. Ability to assess site conditions from a physical inspection & interpretation of surveys and investigations. A practical-minded hands-on approach coupled with excellent communication and people skills.
