Your new role As an experienced project manager with experience in New Zealand, you will have overall responsibility for the quality and financial performance of projects in this area. A large part of your role will be getting the best out of your own employees and subcontractors to deliver profitable outcomes in a timely and safe manner. You will be a natural at forming strong working relationships with stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or relevant experience in the civil construction field Experience in the 3 waters space would be highly advantageous Relevant experience in the New Zealand construction industry A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a related field A desire and hunger to learn and develop The ability to fit in to a tight-knit team and be versatile Great communication skills - you will need to be comfortable talking to stakeholders on site What you'll get in return This is a great opportunity to join a leading contractor and progress within a well-structured company.
