We have a strong track record of delivering high-end quality projects in the commercial market. This is a very exciting opportunity on a quality project that will provide excellent growth potential for the right candidate.
Tasks & Responsibilities Managing the Interior fit-out on a high-end commercial projects.Overseeing a range of trades that will be overlapping at times.Leading and managing a team of employees and subcontractor vendors.Managing all project deliverables - bringing the project in on time and on budget.Managing the project quality control.Collating of Site instructions and VO requests together with timesheets to manage financial aspects of the site.Working with Contracts and Commercial Managers to ensure smooth delivery of the project.Communication with key members of the Main Contractor team.Benefits You be working on an exciting project in an incredible location.The package will be commensurate with experience and will include a company vehicle.Strategically this is a very important project for the business and bonus incentives will be in place for delivery.Assistance may be provided in the short term with accommodation should you be relocating to the area.Potential growth opportunity to become the General Manager as the business grows.Qualifications & Experience Project management experience is required and preferably experience in Interior Fit-out.Managing multiple concurrent projects with varying deliverable timelines.Experience overseeing project quality.Experience managing high-end build-outs ($2-5 million units).A track record in delivering projects and managing teams across several trades is essential.An individual with an eye for the details.Have the desire to grow into a General Manager role.
