The Opportunity We have a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to lead and drive our high performing project teams team based in Central Otago. This is a key role for our region, as you will manage and lead project delivery of the Construction projects ensuring the profitable, compliant and efficient delivery of the works. This role offers diversity, challenge, and an ability to make your mark. You will have a strong focus on people leadership and development, managing key stakeholder relationships, and have operational and financial accountability What you'll bring to the table - Skills and experience that will ensure your success; Minimum 5 years relevant construction experience (including job and project management) Holds relevant tertiary qualification (BE, BEngTech, NZCE or Diploma in Civil Engineering equivalent) Competent users of Word, Excel and Project Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations Familiar with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC Contracts, Working towards CCS training as Project Management tool We have a great team culture and supportive work environment here in Fulton Hogan.
