This is a locally owned and operated business, who are growing the team and looking to add a Project Manager to the ranks in their Napier office.This team have proven capability across commercial and multi-residential construction, with a top reputation across the Hawkes Bay. Projects are varied an could be anywhere from $500K-$5/6M+ and as a Project Manager, you're typically responsible for managing 2-3 projects at a time (unless working a bigger job). Clients exist across a variety of private and government/council sectors - with a stable future workload ahead. The company prides themselves on their team culture, and offers a rare chance to work a normal amount of hours in a work week, whilst enjoying the technical challenges of commercial construction.As Project Manager, you will work across multiple projects with site teams that vary in size. The business has a in-house carpentry team, as well as Supervisors/Site Managers and projects are welll resourced. As Project Manager, you will work closely with the commercial/QS team through initial planning stages and onto delivery.
