Civil Project Solutions (CPS) is a project management company specialising in all forms of civil construction management, design, surveying, and planning. We have two office locations – Gisborne being our head office and Queenstown being our base for South Island operations. Our work is nationwide having also completed projects in Kumeu, Taranaki, Bay of Plenty, East Cape, Hawkes Bay, Wellington, Nelson, Kaikoura, Ashburton, Cromwell, Hawea and Wanaka. We have a young and dynamic team and are looking for a like-minded Project Managers to join our vibrant Gisborne Office in managing projects from the planning stage to completion. Ideal candidates must have: A formal civil engineering qualification (BE, NZDE or equivalent).Minimum 4 years' experience in the successful delivery of civil construction projects.Good health, safety, and environmental management skills.Excellent communication, financial and quality management, and computer skillsBe a problem solver and able to work in a collaborative way.Understanding of stakeholder management and be able to form and maintain key relationships.Solid references to reinforce the above traits.A "Best for Project" attitude to go above and beyond to get the job done!An advantage for applicants: Previous experience within contracting firms – Site and Project Engineer roles.Understanding of NZS 3910/3915.Experience using CAD software and completing survey setout.MS Project and programming knowledge.We offer attractive remuneration packages for the right candidates ranging from $120,000 to $200,000+.
