Project Manager $100k-$120k + Vehicle + Phone and laptop Your new company This South Island based Civil Construction Contractor is a successful company who work on earthworks, civil works, farming infrastructure and landscaping projects across Canterbury and the west coast. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Project Manager and an experienced Site Supervisor to join and help advance their team. Your new role Your new role as Civil Project Manager will involve you dealing with day-to-day management of projects, including management of resources and materials. You will have to deal with the pricing and management of the jobs, including any claims and variations. You will have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems whilst holding the knowledge of civil contracts. What you'll need to succeed Relevant experience across civil works and infrastructure in New Zealand Minimum 3 years New Zealand Industry experience Experience in the set-up of sites and liaising with multiple subcontractors and material providers. Strong communication skills with internal and external staff. Strong financial acumen is essential. The successful candidate will be located or willing to re-locate to the west coast near Greymouth. The company is able to assist in making the move by providing temporary accommodation if you are moving from elsewhere in the country.
