Key Responsibilites: Overseeing seamless project completion from start to finish Adhering to budgets and timelines while overseeing job sites spanning body corporates, hotels, and rest homes Identifying and resolving project issues proactively, managing risk factors like health and safety Cultivating positive relationships with clients and team members on-site Inspiring and supervising a dynamic team of painters and contractors Upholding the businesses high standards of quality and embodying there Core Values in all aspects of your work. About you: In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in project management with a strong background in trades and services or related construction sector. Along with the above, you will bring a strong ability to manage team and ensure all tasks of the project are completed accurately and efficiently. Experience in painting or construction Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively Exceptional time management skills, capable of handling conflicting priorities Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Proven track record in project management Knowledge of Health and Safety protocols Proactive mindset, adept at anticipating and addressing challenges Strong communication skills, able to build rapport with clients Capacity to remain composed under pressure and make clear, decisive choices.
