Project Manager

**Responsibilities:**- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.- Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement processes effectively.- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.- Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and other deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.**Requirements:**- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.Join Khalsa Fencing Ltd and play a key role in delivering exceptional fencing solutions to our clients.
