As the Project Manager, your primary focus will be to spearhead the implementation of VBC practices, working closely with the Head of Clinical Innovation and senior leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with specialist practices, hospitals, radiology facilities, and funders/insurers to optimize patient journeys from diagnosis to treatment. Key responsibilities include Lead the implementation of VBC initiatives across the Group, ensuring smooth transition to business-as-usual operations. Collaborate with specialist practices, hospitals, radiology facilities, and funders/insurers to drive VBC adoption. Focus initially on Head and Neck, Prostate, and other upcoming specialties. Enable seamless patient journeys from diagnosis to treatment within the VBC framework. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. To be considered for this role you will have a minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare, strong project and change management training, proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, etc, experience in reporting, tracking, and documentation, and importantly excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. Please note, previous experience in the healthcare sector is essential. A clinical background or prior experience in healthcare project management is highly desirable.
