We're looking for an individual who can demonstrate the following: - Industry knowledge and proven experience ( at least 5 years) in Electrical distribution network and zone substations - Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of project and job management- Understandingof "Aconex" construction management software ( Preferred) - Have a formal Project management qualification ( Preferred not essential) - Financial literacy and ability to write reports - Excellent communication (written and verbal) , presentation, and interpersonal skills to negotiate with diverse stakeholders in amulticultural environment- Strong computer skills, with proficiency inMicrosoft Excel and Project- A proactive approach, tackling challenges head-on and seekingsolutions with good problem solving skills - Proven ability to develop and manage relationships including field staff, clients, andother project managers - Excellent risk management skills and a confident decision maker - Clean, full, class 1 Driver's License - Knowledge of health and safety and environmental legislation will beadvantageous; NZQA 18275, NZQA 12300 orequivalent certification will be beneficial
