Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure team in Auckland are looking for a number of Project Managers to work across a variety of different projects across Rail, Airports, Utilities, and many more. 
Job Description Turner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.
We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development of international airports to site based construction of individual buildings, or the rail infrastructure projects. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use. 
Delivery of client projects with a wide range of project scopes and values across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Maintain key success criteria established for each project to ensure desirable outcomes. Delivery of projects within operating environments. Delivery of assigned project work/roles in Project Management, including reporting, scheduling, cost management Project development – identifying scope of works based on client needs including assisting in business case development and securing project funding. Stakeholder coordination – Identification of stakeholders, liaison with all parties to capture all relevant issues, inputs and restrictions that may affect project outcomes. Procurement Coordination - Including contract drafting, tender preparations and management, bid analysis and contract awards for consultants and contractors. Contract Management - Ensuring compliance with contract terms in delivery of the works for consultants and contractors, processing of payments and managing change. Construction management – control of the contractor's construction site management for the safe and compliant delivery of works in conjunction with consultants and safety advisors. Risk and issues management – ensuring early identification of project risks and applying carefully considered mitigations to minimise occurrence of issues. Quality management – through coordination of all parties to ensure adherence to expected quality for both the design and construction of the project. Salary Range: $100k - $120k
Hours: 40 hours per week
Qualifications Qualifications and work experience required Experience working in building construction ideal but experience in aviation, water, rail, hospitals, natural resources, health and commercial high rise would be beneficial. Design, management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment. A minimum of 2-5 years project management experience is required. A recognised accreditation/degree qualification, with relevant industry experience, Contractor management Contract administration Stakeholder coordination and consultation Project close-out experience Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of delivery Eligibility for security clearance Proficiency in MS Project preferable Experience using Aconex preferable Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
