Ngai Tahu Holdings (NTH) is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead the strategic upgrade of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP system from an on-premises setup to a full cloud solution. This pivotal role will shape the future of our organisation, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances efficiency and maximizes the benefits of cloud technology across the Ngai Tahu group. Proven experience in managing ERP upgrades, particularly transitioning Microsoft Business Central to a cloud solution. Strong project management skills with a focus on stakeholder management and risk mitigation. Experience in customer service and supporting system users. Exceptional time and project management skills with attention to detail. Customer-focused with excellent collaboration and communication skills. Versatile, adaptable, and passionate about learning and growth. Strong relationship management and critical thinking skills. A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business or technology would be an advantage but is not required. Minimum one year of experience in providing technical support and customer service with business-critical systems. Strong analytical skills and detail oriented with a history of effectively solving complex problems. Experience providing customer service both in person and remote support to systems users. Moderate Microsoft Excel skills and moderate other Microsoft application skills (Word, PowerPoint). Experience providing business support, training, and problem resolution both in person and remotely.
