Project Manager - Concrete Remediation

This Structural Concrete specialist technology company are leaders world-wide in a range of Concrete enhancement techniques that enable concrete structural elements to perform better, last longer and/or be manufactured lighter and more quickly.
Their solutions require a Project Manager with a good knowledge of New Zealand codes, able to deliver seismic-performing structures and who can run multiple projects concurrently – planning and managing all aspects of the project to deliver a happy client and bottom line profit from the job.
About you You have in the range of 8-10 years of civil or construction project experienceA Bachelor of Engineering or similar qualification is preferredYou understand NZS3101, loadings codes and seismic designDesign skills would be highly regardedPost Tensioning and/or concrete remediation experience will be highly regardedYou are someone who enjoys being involved in both office and site-based activities. You have a solution-based approach to running projects and customer service. You bring energy and ambition, and can run a tight project, delivering for your client, and in profitability.
