Project Manager - Client Side

With a significant amount of Civil & Property capital projects planned, this organisation can offer you a diverse range of work within a stable and experienced Project Management team. Working within the Project Management team you will be develop business cases and feasibilities for new projects, you will provide procurement advice and lead tender evaluations for consulting and specialist advisers. You will coordinate design and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure designs deliver to the scope. Your role will include the procurement of contractors and provide reporting and oversight as construction progresses. This role has the opportunity to be involved in some legacy projects and really make a difference to a city and it's community. To be considered we are seeking: A related Construction, Architecture or Engineering Qualification Project Management experience, ideally in the consulting or client side Understanding of NZ3910 (or similar) Business case and design management experience highly regarded Excellent reporting writing and communication skills Proven problem solving ability This job can offer you excellent experience working on a large complex projects in a small delivery team providing broad responsibility and exposure. It will deepen your project management experience, understanding of the front end of projects, and offer longer term career opportunities on other project.
