About this roleYou will be stepping into a project that fits with your existing skills and experience with very clear progression opportunities to stretch yourself under individual mentoring and guidance.
This role will see you lead the project planning/project set up, whilst being the principal company representative on the construction site and the key contact for sub-contractors, architects, and engineers and shall be responsible for keeping the client updated on progress.
Client and stakeholder engagement, team building and HSE are all part of this role.
You will haveThis role would suit an applicant with at least 4 - 8 years of commercial main contractor PM experience, including any design and build experience, and with relevant qualifications.
You possess great sub-contractor relationship development and management skills.
You enjoy driving progress on jobs, and have a sharp eye for detail when reading plans and specifications.
Your contractual knowledge is sound and can point to relevant legislation.
You are a team player and are able to add value as a team member through your individuality.
