We are actively seeking a PMO Specialist to join our dynamic team at Samsung NZ. This role has the responsibility to support the PMO Lead in the planning, successful execution and evaluation of projects within Samsung. You will be responsible for supporting project management activities including but not limited to; financial management, portfolio management, project planning, milestone management, dealing with internal and external customers and risk and issue management. Lead the successful implementation of the PMO's strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables. Work closely with regional HQ on project deliverables. Oversee the establishment of PMO frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management. Document and record programme related financial and KPI information. Record project costs and ensure finances are well managed. Ensure cross-programme dependencies are recorded. Ensure that the dependency log is accurately maintained. Follow project control and governance. Lead Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Manage the areas of Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio. Prepare regular status reporting. Close partnership with RHQ to support key project initiative's. Closely work with Samsung's distributors to ensure project deliverables. Work closely with corporate marketing functions (Digital, Social, PR, .com) to ensure projects are effectively implemented and reviewed. Lead testing and training initiatives for project roll out. Be responsible for the creation of detailed communications around project deliverables. What you will bring: 3+ years experience in PMO. Strong planning, organizational and management skills.
