Our office is a convenient stone throw away from Pasir Panjang station with amenities nearby.If you think you fit the hunt, drop us a message with your C.V. and we will be in touch real soon.For a glimpse of what we do, do visit our Instagram Page and Website (amcexhibits) & (www.arconmarketing.com)A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK.Put on your thinking caps for the development & preparation of pitches and proposals to clients.Liaison with relevant organizations, agencies, vendors and clients to implement plans and ensuring that the project meets the quality and safety standards.Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing ones by ensuring all needs are well met.Look into cost, budgeting, invoicing and everything related to numbers.Take a breather and head out for Site Visits / Production checks all around Singapore.Being on-site where the action and magic takes place.Perform any other ad hoc duties.QUALITIES / KNOWLEDGE THAT WOW US.Creative-minded with meticulous eye for detail.A superhuman planner with strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize based on the event & exhibition requirements.An almost natural presenter with good communication abilities and skilled in Microsoft office – Powerpoint, Excel & Word.Preferably a diploma / degree in marketing / design /events / architecture or any other field but not compulsory.Resourcefulness and having a solution centric mindset to be ready for any situations.Excellent networker with eagerness to contribute to new ideas.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.Open to occasional overseas travel with us (not compulsory).Complementary competencies and/or knowledge such as digital marketing, adobe and photoshop editing, autocad, virtual event platform set-up are a plus.NOTE.Past working experience is good but a passionate person with no experience is more valued to us!
