The opportunity: In this role you will lead and mentor a talented team of workers, along with developing and growing the business with our clients and projects team. This role offers you the opportunity to manage and deliver on jobs (or aspects of contracts) across our contracting business, including three waters, structures, pavements, landscaping works etc.
You will be either a Project Engineer with strong leadership ability, or a Site Engineer looking for your next challenge on a project, both within the Roading &/or Civil Construction space.
To be successful in this role, you will have a: Minimum 5 years' experience working in the industryDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalentStrong focus on Health and Safety with basic knowledge of Risk ManagementTake pride in a work well doneExceptional customer relationship managementExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSound knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Microsoft ProjectDedication to mentoring and developing a talented team To ensure our employees are well looked after, we offer a suite of benefits such as:
