This is mahi that will improve the health and well-being of everyone in Aotearoa, and we've got an opportunity for you to be part of it…Te whiwhinga mahi | The OpportunityThe purpose of this role is to:provide project coordination support to the Performance & Reporting team.support the delivery of key projects, focusing on programmes such as the Health Workforce Plan, New Zealand Health Plan and other key accountability documents.coordinate and plan activities, such as scheduling meetings, workshops, and events if requiredmaintain documentation, records, and databasesassist with the gathering of project and programme updates from a range of stakeholdersExperience (in the range of 2+ years) in a Coordinator role, project, complex administrative, or executive assistant role.Preference for experience in working in a project / programme environment and therefore a working knowledge of project management.Demonstrates willingness, and ability, to build constructive relationships with other teams to enable and assist with the delivery of work.Demonstrates an understanding of office procedures and an ability to think ahead, use initiative, prioritise, and deliver work on time to a required standard. Is well organised, able to meet deadlines with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
