Tasks and Duties 1. Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and round up assigned projects. 2. Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building codes and H&S systems. 3. Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized while ensuring the client's needs and wants are efficiently met. 4. Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy to anticipate, address, and resolve purchasing challenges during the early stages of the project. 5. Develop the procurement plan for the upcoming projects. 6. Supervise different tasks in the quest of completing a project. 7. Responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project. 8. Responsible for the Total Quality Management within the firm and assesses the scope of continuous improvement. 9. Make arrangements for project documentation on the recommendations and specifications that are met. 10. Meet with the team and ensure that each member is given an opportunity to make suggestions regarding the execution of the project. 11. Update information on the project management development, tools, regulations, market demand, and likely clients 12. Coordinate subcontractors and the construction team to meet contractual conditions of performance. 13. Make arrangements for the project completion based on the specifications of the project owner. 14. Perform Risk management to minimize project risks. 15. Uses scheduling and project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. 16. Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project 17. Conducting ongoing quality inspections. 18. Working in an office and on a construction site. 19. Installation and Commission of automatic Louvre retractable model 20. Installation and Commission of WPC and PVC fencing system  Travel Requirements You will be required to travel to Auckland from time to time. Your travel expenses will be reimbursed. If an overnight stay is required, the company will arrange for the same. Qualifications/Relevant Experience Two years of work experience in a similar role or a relevant engineering or project management qualification.
