14 month fixed-term contract offering, full-time hoursWorking on the Payroll Replacement Project, a critical project for the MinistryWork with a high-performing project teamSalary band range from $64,756 - $84,811 Ko wai matou - About usAt Manatu Hauora Ministry of Health we are the kaitiaki of the health system, providing leadership and driving strategy and performance.We regulate the health sector and are the primary source of advice on health matters. The Payroll Replacement Project is responsible for the implementation of a new Payroll / HRIS system at the Ministry with the goal to leverage modern technology, streamline payroll processes, and ensure compliance with current regulations.Ko ake mahi - What you'll doIn this role you will provide administration and coordination support to the Senior Project Manager and the wider Payroll Replacement project team.A typical day could consist of anything from booking / facilitating / minuting meetings, managing approvals for the budget, raising PO's, monitoring contracts, maintaining governance documentation, and liaising with stakeholders both internally across the Ministry and externally with vendors / third parties.Being able to manage a range of competing priorities and take initiative is critical in this role. Ko pukenga - What you'll bringDemonstrated experience working in a Coordinator role or similar within the Corporate industryUnderstanding of Prince2 project management methodologiesKnowledge and experience using Microsoft Suite, Teams (inc.
