The ideal candidate will be the central point of contact for their customers, where the role entails a blend of project delivery and customer success, providing a platform for growth and development.What you'll do:Lead the implementation and delivery of software and hardware solutionsWork closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetAssess and manage relative project risks and issuesAct as the liaison between internal teams and customers to facilitate smooth project executionProvide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyCollaborate with the team to identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedbackWhat you'll bring:A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project CoordinationExperience with project management tools and CRM softwareExperience in project coordination or management (preferably in a technical environment)Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationshipsExceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to address inquiries and resolve issues promptlyAbility to promote product value effectively ensuring customer satisfaction and retentionWhat's next:Ready for a new challenge?
