Our wide range of projects include roads, water, sewerage, stormwater, buildings, playgrounds, shared paths and others. About this role | Ko tenei turanga mahi Reporting to the Team Leader Capital Projects, your role is to support our team of Project Managers and Engineers, with project and contract support including regular reporting, minute taking, tender processes, database maintenance, and scheduling reviews and payments. You will be the keeper and the trainer of our key templates and project management tools, This support is critical in that not only will you help keep us on track administratively but you'll enable the Project Managers to get on with what they do best. There is also the opportunity to utilise your project management skills and take on ownership of some smaller scale projects. About you | Ko nga pumanawa ou To be successful in this role you will have mastered the basics of project and contract administration we would love if you had experience in the construction industry or Local Government. You'll be quick to learn new systems, and ideally hold a tertiary qualification or have proven experience in a similar role.
