We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Health NZ – Hawke's Bay Infrastructure and Investment Projects Team on a permanent basis. You will be involved in coordinating and supporting the infrastructure and investment business projects team, including software development and administration, engaging with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and to help the project team develop the cost effective and practical solutions within budget while retaining good buy-in.
Implementation of end-to-end project and health & safety processes, cultural and sustainable planning will be integrated into work programmes and your expertise will be used to support the development of these solutions. You will be responsible for clear, consistent and professional project documentation and records across a range of projects spanning the organisation, working closely with individual Project Managers who have varied needs and are working at different stages of the Project Lifecycle.
We are looking for someone with three or more years on the job project management work experience. Your qualifications will be based in Project Management (certificate or diploma level qualifications or equivalent). You will be a quick learner with excellent computer skills, including Microsoft AutoDesk products and MS Project. A knowledge of the Prince2 methodology will be advantageous.
This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator looking to further develop their skills and understanding of the project process from the start to project completion and to move towards a Project Management role.
