Our Client "Vynco Industries", are a leading distributor of electrical components both within New Zealand and abroad. They are currently looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join their team. The Project Co-Ordinator: Product will support the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to manage the new product release program. A key function of the role will be to co-ordinate and track product release targets with the goal of delivering new product to market. This role will suit someone who has strong organisational skills and is good at juggling multiple projects and priorities. For you to be successful in this role, we are looking for the following: Strong interpersonal skills Outstanding communication and co-ordination skills Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc) Excellent organisational and time management skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Reporting and analysis skills Your key day to day tasks would include: Manage product pricing, price increases and associated communication to customers and stakeholders Co-ordinating the product release process and reporting to stakeholders on product release milestones Track product release milestones against targets Product sales data analysis and reporting This is a full time role in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
