We're hiring a Project Coordinator to join our client's team in Canterbury! Job Duties: - Facilitating negotiation, development, and review of contracts, programs, projects, and services. - Addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services, as well as stakeholders affected. - Managing documentation pertinent to contracts, programs, projects, and services. - Collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineering Professionals, owners, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. - Providing counsel to senior management on critical matters and executing their directives. - Supervising contractor activities and reporting any deviations from work orders. - Compiling and scrutinizing submissions and reports concerning organizational initiatives. - Gathering and analyzing project-related data and presenting findings on project outcomes. - Evaluating and arranging for new office facilities as needed. Pay Range: $25 to $32 per hour Commitment: Minimum 30 hours per week Previous experience: Minimum of two years of consistent working experience in the same industry in New Zealand weather conditions.
