We currently have a vacancy for a capable Project Co-ordinator to join our busy Christchurch team based in Riccarton. Key Skills and Attributes To be successful in this role, you will possess:  2+ years of experience in a project co-ordinator role in a construction company/related field. Experience in Xero and other accounts software Must be aware of the procedure involved in a new build home Strong attention to detail with the ability prioritise and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, many of which often change and short notice. Highly organised, efficient and the ability to work autonomously.  Full New Zealand drivers license desired. Job Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: Working with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, owners and other specialists to ensure that goals are met for the new builds. Invoicing and billing administration (effectively managing PO's) Responding to enquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, services and projects. Advising Project Manager on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions. Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reports on project outcomes. Being point of contact for various working groups.
