Are you an administration super star looking for busy and varied role?Do you have the curiosity to learn?We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to provide administration support and assistance to the Chief Information Officer and IT team. You will provide administration support in the areas of project management, contract management along with supporting the CIO to ensure our processes are being followed accordingly.On an average day you will be managing administrative matters such as regular reporting, scheduling of meetings, researching and collating information for the IT team, provide project management reports and processing purchase orders and monthly accruals.About youThis role is varied and busy so you will be someone who thrives when under pressure, is solution focused, with excellent written and verbal skills.You will find prioritising easy and all this with a smile on your face and a personality that lets you develop strong working relationships and still have a laugh or two.If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding administrative role, enjoy working across a diverse range of subjects, and keen to learn new things, then this is a great opportunity to stamp your mark.To be successful in this role you will need to have:Highly developed administrative skillsExperience in meeting scheduling, minute taking, and preparation of meeting agendasExcellent written and oral communication skillsOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsA high level of customer serviceSolid MS Office skills and the ability to pick up new systemsWe want you to love what you do and make achieving that as least stressful as possible, so we offer relocation allowance, flexible work arrangements, free parking, sick leave on commencement and no traffic jams!#J-18808-Ljbffr
