The position ensures that project information in the project management system is accurate, robust, and up to date so reporting can be completed on time, and to a standard that enables quality decisions through to Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities Board level.The position requires an experienced administrator who is conversant with Oracle software, IDP, Quickmaps, Kotahi, Land Online, Northgate software, has the ability to manage associated processes including data entry, retrieval and validation, and is conversant with best practice data uploading and integrity.The successful candidate will demonstrate:Strong administrative and organisation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and be numerically literateEnjoy supporting a busy teamInitiative, able to plan and prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlinesAs a Kainga Ora - Homes and Communities employee, we want to make sure that you have all the tools and support you need.
