Programme Manager

We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Growth Programmes team. The purpose of our team is to transform the way that we create and connect new communities. Reporting to the Growth Programmes Manager, in this role you'll lead the successful delivery of funded programmes within key growth areas of the city - from set up of the programme, through to the realisation of benefits, and closure. You'll weave together the different people and projects to deliver long term wellbeing outcomes for the community.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who is experienced in project or programme management who can make the complex seem simple. You'll be someone who naturally builds and nurtures effective working relationships, and who is able to see things from a strategic high-level viewpoint while also being across the tasks and milestones required to achieve the outcome. We are looking for a high-performer who is energised and ready to take on a new challenge. You'll be joining a creative and supportive team who has your back, and will provide context and training to set you up to succeed.
