We are seeking an experienced and dedicated superstar to help us provide programme coordination, support and administration for the exciting 'Our Council' Business Transformation programme. The position will work closely with Project Managers and the Programme Leadership Team coordinating resources and providing support.
Updating and monitoring programme financial spreadsheets and invoices, Maintain programme registers (risks, issues, dependencies, decisions), Following up tasks with programme leadership team, Drafting reports, creating agendas, coordinating meetings and taking minutes Advising programme and project team members on processes and practices related to the Our Council programme. What you will bring: NCEA Level 3 or an equivalent qualification in English, Maths and Computing Formal project management training Current NZ full Driver's licence Proven experience as a Programme/Project Coordinator or relevant position, with knowledge of programme and project management and financial management Excellent attention to detail, time management, initiative, organisational skills, meeting organisation and minute taking Knowledge and experience using MS suite including MS Project, MS Teams and other Cloud-based tools and applications Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Waihopai Invercargill is New Zealand's southernmost city and the heart and hub of Southland.
