A permanent opportunity has arisen for a well organised Programme Administrator to join our Tairawhiti campus in a part time capacity.  Reporting through to the Faculty Administration Manager this position is a pivotal role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities To provide expert student-centred administrative services for schools and faculties To provide a well-informed and quality reception information service to our students and staff To monitor and ensure enrolment information is accurate and processed on time To ensure policies and procedures are reflected and adhered to at all times Our Ideal candidates The ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure Advanced Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Word, Outlook and internet experience A professional attitude with a willingness to help out the school where necessary The ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters Applications close at 6pm on 25 March 2024, however we may conduct interviews prior to this date and close the advertisement earlier, should a suitable candidate be found.
