About the Auckland System Management (ASM) Alliance The ASM is an alliance between HEB Construction, Fulton Hogan and NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi to operate and maintain Auckland's motorway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system. Estimated project dates are from July 2019 to June 2028.
The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity to support the ASM delivery works by coordinating schedule of short to mid-term programs.
As Program Coordinator, you will assist to minimise shift loss and maximise efficiency of work relative to establishment cost (such as utilising shared closures) by ensuring high data quality, regular engagement with teams and optimising work schedules.
Our ideal candidate will have the following: Proven experience in planning and work schedulingProven time management abilityKnowledge in civil and roading maintenance industry is highly advantageousExperience in data processing and information management is desirableSTEM background or similar qualification is an advantageIntermediate computing skills in MS OfficeExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbove all you must be a team player, who is willing to help wherever needed and go above and beyond to support your team.
