Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) We are My Food Bag! We deliver recipes and ingredients to make simple, healthy, delicious meals to foodies throughout the country. We are looking for a full-time Production Team Lead to join our fiercely dedicated and high performing Operations crew. Based in Mangere, on our night shift, this role will report to the Production Manager and is key to the leadership of our production pick, ensuring that we not only get our boxes out the door on time to our customers, but that they are delivered with a Gold Standard of accuracy and quality. About the role: Ability to lead people in a fast passed environment, ensuring we have the right people in the right place, doing the right thing Bringing clarity and clear expectations to each member of the team on our production line Cultivating a training and feedback environment  Ensuring line checks, inductions, training and staff PPE checks are carried out before each production run Providing feedback to staff on errors and promoting a culture of accountability within your team Examining work (whilst in-process & the finished goods) to detect defects and verify conformance to specifications Continuous analysis of performance during pick hours to ensure we remain on plan Reviewing production plan each week with Production Planner and engaging on improvement ideas Monitoring labour requirements and working in partnership with the Operations Manager & Production Planner to ensure temporary labour is managed well and efficiently  Reviewing customer feedback that are attributed to your production lines and identifying areas for improvement Lost time reporting for line downtimes, including reasons and solutions Maintaining an environment that always promotes safety  Leading company culture and values  About you: Must have experience in a production / warehousing environment Strong people skills, with people management experience Knowledge of labour requirements, including safety and employee wellbeing is an advantage Valid drivers license - forklift license a bonus! Strong communication skills that deliver a culture that drives results and accountability Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving skills Truckloads of positivity! About us!
