With thousands of cabins rented nationwide to residential and commercial customers, Just Cabins is renowned for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Work alongside an exceptional Franchisor Office team and over 50 dedicated franchisees in a dynamic and supportive environment.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the production team and the wider business, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency across various functions. The hours for this role can be flexible with the option to work between 30 and 40 hours a week and will be discussed during the interview process.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, minute taking, and managing calendars.Act as the receptionist for Franchisor operations, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.Manage ecommerce stock levels, pricing, ordering, processing, packaging, sending, and invoicing through the Shopify system.Handle creation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchase orders, and follow up on overdue orders.Coordinate receipting of inwards goods, liaising with suppliers, and managing invoices and payments.Update and manage product information in Xero and handle office supplies management.Monitor production timelines, identify potential delays, and implement solutions.Handle emails, answer queries, and communicate with franchisees regarding delivery dates.Experience and Requirements:1-3 years of experience in a production administration or similar role within manufacturing/construction.Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and construction/manufacturing documentation.Proficiency in production management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Xero.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.Initiative, ability to tackle ad hoc administrative tasks, and maintain honesty and integrity.Tidy appearance, good team player, and adherence to company policies and procedures.How to Apply: If you are enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic manufacturing environment and possess the required skills and experience, please submit your CV and cover letter to Lisa Woolley [email protected] .
