This is an exciting opportunity for a manufacturing production specialist to join our fast growing Company We are a factory producing cans for infant powder and require a production specialist to overlook monitor and manage the operations of the facility This is senior role as you will be required to control and lead a team You will need to have at least 5 years of specialized experience in the relevant manufacturing and production industry and excellent compliance with the health and safety regulations Your tasks and responsibilities will include Organizing monitoring controlling and inspecting can product line process including can body welding searing tinplate cutting product line maintaining according to well defined S O P using standard physical mechanical and or electrical measurements Advising planning organising and directing production activities Monitoring training directing other team members activities and performancesActively engage in the writing and updating inspection procedures protocol and checklists Executing and enforcing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general can produce strategy Troubleshoot problems with equipment machines or production lines Advise and determine most efficient and accurate setting for the beading machine on depth or beading shape Supervise electric current welding connection joint coating according to various length and thickness of material Manage and monitor the appropriate level of compressed air and cooling water and using a right with of copper wire and ensure welding frequency Controlling drying speed to achieve the maximum production capacity using appropriate electric heating power and Transmit power Inspecting and repairing the machines onsite at any time as required Liaising with the supplier and solve the technical problem The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience to be considered Chinese language fluency is preferred for this role If you are interested please send your CV today
