Production Planner (Fixed-Term)

The role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced production planner coordinator. This role is particularly important to the business and we want to hear from you if you are a highly motivated, talented team player who wants to make a difference by bringing your planning and coordinating expertise into our business Key Responsibility ·         Balancing daily product flow, creating daily production schedules for each packing line and monitoring compliance with those schedules - working closely with factory departments to ensure effective and accurate product manufacturing ·         Working closely with the sales department, procurement department and Quality Assurance department to ensure smooth and efficient end to end planning. ·         Recording and reporting all changes to production plans and schedules ·         Leading root-cause analysis related to production planning and production capacities to meet customer demand ·         Ensure that packaging material inventory meets daily production requirements, track inbound and outbound orders, and maintain balanced packaging material inventory. About you ·         Some training or experience in food manufacturing is preferred ·         Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to follow processes ·         5+ years in scheduling/planning in production ·         strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy ·         strong communication skills with interpersonal and influencing ability
