As the latest part of their strategic growth plan, they are actively looking for a number of Skilled Operatives to join their manufacturing team.As a Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for: * Ensuring production meets a set of ambitious and highly achievable daily targets * Communicating with the other members of the production team to establish and maintain plans and schemes of work * Ensuring all product manufactured meets the required manufacturing standards * Completing front line quality checks * Advising senior members of the business on methods to continuously improve and develop their manufacturing processes and proceduresTo apply for the role, you will be able to demonstrate: * Previous mechanical and machine operating skills are essential * Previous experience within a skilled/senior operative role within manufacturing is essential * A willingness to learn new methods and procedures is essential * A knowledge of quality systems and an understanding of Health and Safety process is preferable but not essentialIf you would like to be considered for the role, please don’t hesitate to contact Tom at Boffin Recruitment or hit apply to send your CV
