Production Manager, Te Karere

About the role
We're looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our Te Karere team. In this position you will be supporting our Executive Producer to deliver a high-quality daily production.
For over 35 years Te Karere has been at the heart of Maori broadcasting bringing news, in te reo Maori, to our viewers daily. Our Te Karere team are responsible for providing a Maori perespective on important local, national and international issues.
About you
You will have experience and a flair for producing live television. You will be fluent in te reo Maori and have exceptional editorial skills. You'll have the energy, mana and experience to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to our wider team.
You'll be a self-starter who knows what it's like to work in a fast-paced newsroom. A passion for news and current affairs is an absolutely must.
