Working in this supportive team environment, your day-to-day activities will include; taking on a leadership role within the cow shed during milking, fencing and general stock, helping the Farm Manager to reach production targets and supporting feed allocation and farm maintenance.You'll plan staff rotations with a 6/2 roster nine months of the year, and a 6/3 roster for three months of the year. With 104 days off per year, you'll have great work-life balance.The FarmPinta Dairy Unit is Pamu's largest dairy farm, milking 2,100 dairy cows on 877ha through our 80-bail rotary dairy shed, which has been recently upgraded.
