Production Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Managing all aspects of production to ensure that the in house production team are working together
Finalising products ensuring the products are being sent to the correct suppliers
Overall responsibility for scheduling and managing template's
Ensuring positive relationships between design director, design team and the production team
Oversee stock management and ordering of products
Manufacturing and installation is of a high quality
Embrace new technologies, policies and procedures

New Zealand production experience
Project management skills
Experience leading a manufacturing environment ( team size 10+ )
Negotiating and excellent communication skills
Organised and great at planning
Great decision maker and problem solver
Computer skills including MS Office
Friendly, approachable and patient
