The Brisbane site runs primarily as a contract manufacturing facility with multiple project lines making everything from pizza dough, finger food, stocks, sauces, soups, to ready meals. Their modern facility has capacity to grow and with new contracts coming in the indications are good.The OpportunityReporting directly to the General Manager, you will be fully responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the site's production including achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and positively leading the manufacturing team. you will lead production functions across four production lines, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality while maximising efficiency and meeting market requirements.You, the CandidateAs a suitable candidate for this role, you will bring with your previous production management experience within a food manufacturing environment, with a proven ability to motivate, mentor and support your team.
