As Production Manager, you'll lead the production team in Auckland, working closely with stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and drive growth.Duties:Provide clear leadership and direction to the production team, fostering a positive work environment and high performance.Manage recruitment, staff training, and performance to ensure a safe, compliant, and engaged workforce.Oversee production documentation, and reporting, implementing process improvements as needed.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for production processes.Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and quality.Skills and Experience:Previous experience in food manufacturing production management, with knowledge of GMP/HACCP.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and staff development.Culture:This business fosters a supportive and collaborative work culture where employees thrive.
