Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu is seeking a talented Production Lead to support TahuFM, the only iwi radio station in the South Island. This is an exciting position with an opportunity to share your expertise to enrich the lives of current and future generations of Ngai Tahu Whanui.
The Production Lead plans, coordinates, and delivers on production projects to ensure our audiences receive informative and engaging content which builds Ngai Tahutanga. The role looks for efficiencies, and ensures all channels are aligned and performing, supporting the team to deliver multi-media content, which aligns with the values of Te Runanga and the core principals of Te Koroi strategy and business plan.
We are looking for a driven individual with: 3+ years in project management and production3+ years in Media and PromotionsExperience in Business and Management would be an advantageConversational to Intermediate level of speaking and writing te reo Maori would be advantageous with a willingness to advanceUnderstanding of and familiarity with tikanga MaoriFamiliarity with the Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its application to the work of Te Runanga o Ngai TahuA passion to work and engage with Papatipu Runanga and Ngai Tahu whanauThe successful applicant will have a strong affinity for the needs and aspirations of Ngai Tahu Whanui. Alongside this, they will have an understanding of, or an eagerness to, learn and engage with Ngai Tahu values and te reo Maori.
