Job Description We're looking for a  Production Coordinator,  based at our Miramar Wellington facility – joining our Production Studio. This team is responsible for delivering projects including world-class short animation videos, short films, music videos, and virtual concerts - from an artistic, creative and production perspective. The team work on projects throughout the world, with a focus on the Chinese market.
The Production Coordinator will help ensure projects are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction, by:
Coordinating all aspects of production, from development, pre-production, production and post for our team's projects Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure production milestones on projects are met Providing production administration assistance You can find out more details in our  job description . Who we're looking for: This role will be working with the China market, so we need someone who is bilingual in Mandarin and English (and can translate effectively between the two).
You'll also need to bring experience as a coordinator within either film, television or the game industry – and experience with live action shooting and animation would be advantageous.
You'll be an efficient administrator, with great organisational skills, a strong ability to plan and manage project activities, and excellent problem-solving skills.
On the tech side, we're looking for someone who can perform automations and image resizing in Photoshop, too.
