This involves comprehensively understanding new project requirements, defining responsibilities, and orchestrating the coordination and planning of tasks originating from the Marketing & Engagement team and across the organization. Your role entails evaluating the significance of requests, allocating tasks to appropriate team members, and collaborating with Marketing Specialists or Project Managers when necessary to refine needs and reach consensus on solutions. Additionally, you'll maintain a clear overview of the team's workload, working closely with projects leads to ensure transparent timelines, effective communication, and consistent updates.
