-Require a person that can communicate well with customers and staff on meeting production requirements
-must have computer skills and attention to detail
-must be self motivated to acheive daily production requirements
- this is job that requires input both at desk and in factory
- QA skills would be a bonus as would need to instruct packing team
training will be provided for a number of skills that will be required
