Pay Range: GBP120.00 to GBP170.00 per day

Teacher of Production Arts with Performing Arts || Canterbury

Teaching Personnel’s Kent Branch in Maidstone are currently working with a well established and high achieving school in Canterbury who are looking for a Teacher of Production Arts with Performing Arts to join them on a full time basis September.

The role will require the successful candidate to teach Performing Arts to KS4 and BTEC L3 Technical Theatre/Production Arts to 16-18 year old students. In return, you will have access to excellent facilities which provides students with all the equipment and experience they need in order to have the best opportunities: academic, cultural and sporting.

Rated 'Good' by OFSTED in their last report. You will be working closely with the highly supportive department, maintaining outstanding results and promoting the subject throughout the school.

You will have the opportunity to KS3 -KS5 students with engaging and motivating lessons to ensure the pupils reach their highest potential.

The schools are looking for a candidate who ideally has:

- Qualifications to work in the UK (QTS, PGCE or NARIC approved)
- Broad subject knowledge of the Production Arts and Performing Arts Syllabus’
- Proven experience in special educational needs teaching
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in the UK school
