Right now, we are looking for a Production Analyst to join our team, if you are in the early stages of your finance career or graduate with a qualification in Business or Commerce this could be the role that you have been waiting for. It's a fulltime permanent role (40 hours/week). 
The Production Analyst plays a key role in the reporting of variable processing costs for our Christchurch site. The role is heavily involved in the setting up of standard costs and investigates, analyses and reports on any variances. The role is also actively involved in, and provides support for, any new product development and improvement projects. 
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Production Analyst plays an essential part in keeping control of costs and works closely with employees at all levels of the business to ensure that production standards are met and maintained. 
Responsibilities include:
Setting of labour, donor yield, packaging and ingredient standardsAnalysis and reporting of production results vs standardsDaily, weekly and monthly KPI tracking and reportingAnalysis of stock movements to ensure correct usage of donor productsEngagement and relationships with Production leadershipWorking with head office product development team and local production teams to ensure new products are accurately costedMaximising opportunities to ensure best practice is followed in order to achieve cost out and process improvementsThe ideal person for this role: 
Relevant tertiary qualification a commercial or IT related degree preference in Data HandlingMinimum 2 years' experience in FMCG preferably food manufacturingWell versed with MS office preferably MS excel; Power BI advantageExposure and experience with M3 ERP system is advantageAnalytical skills with an understanding of business cost driversExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsTeam PlayerWhy work for Tegel?
